As we are nearing our day for the magazine, we are in the finalization process for our production. All of our pages are nearly done and I am adding the final adjustments. After reviewing many of the photos that will be soon going to print, I am very pleased with the photos Atena provided. She is doing a photo essay on homeless people with their pets in Venice, and she took many photos of different people who find comfort with their companions. I love the photo she took of this man named Ronald Johnson with his giant yellow Burmese Python. He gazes with a powerful look while holding his companion. It stirs many emotions and I almost considered it as the main cover for the magazine. It is definitely a runner up and I am excited to feature it in this issue.
